The severed legs of these huntsman spiders indicate that a parasitoid wasp has dragged them to this chambers where they had an egg deposited on their still living bodies before being sealed inside to provide food for the developing larvae. These chambers have been broken into and are being scavenged by ants. Photographed in Selangor park, Malaysia. Paul Bertner 2013.
